We do this to ensure the safety and integrity of every product we deliver — because your health and hygiene come first.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

The product was damaged on arrival

You received the wrong item

📸 What You Need to Do
If your order qualifies under the above exceptions:

Take a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.

Capture photos showing the damage or incorrect product.

The issue with the product

We will review your request within 48 hours.

⚠️ Requests without unboxing video or delayed beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

A refund to your original payment method, which will be processed within 5–7 business days

You used the product and later reported dissatisfaction or reaction

The issue is based on personal dislike (e.g., fragrance, texture, or color variation)

There’s no proof of damage or incorrect product (missing unboxing video)

You change your mind after delivery
